Niklas Anzinger
Building Biotech Acceleration Zones
Niklas Anzinger is the founder and general partner of Infinita VC, which backs founders building startup cities, network states and longevity biotech, ventures that route around the regulatory bottlenecks holding back progress. A German entrepreneur who moved to the Próspera ZEDE on the Honduran island of Roatán, he also founded Infinita City (launched as Vitalia in 2023), a network city for accelerating longevity biotech, and hosts the Stranded Technologies Podcast.
The thesis behind Infinita VC is in the name of his podcast. Some technologies are not missing but stranded: they exist, they work, and no jurisdiction will let them be deployed, which makes regulatory access a form of capital in its own right.
He moved to Próspera to test that rather than write about it. Infinita City grew out of Vitalia, a two-month gathering in 2023 that brought longevity researchers and founders to Roatán and has since become a recurring hub. His argument is that a zone earns its existence through the experiments it permits, not through its tax rate.
