Welcome to Free Cities Foundation’s online store, powered by Printful for print-on-demand fulfillment. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the claim is deemed to be our fault, the costs will be covered by us.

2. Return Address and Unclaimed Returns

The return address for returns is set by default to Printful’s facility. If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive. Once a returned shipment is received, you will receive an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

3. Wrong Address and Reshipping Costs

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. In such cases, you will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address.

4. Sealed Goods and Hygiene Products

We do not accept returns on sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned face masks will be disposed of, and reshipping will not be possible.

5. Returns by Customers

Except for customers in Brazil, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Customers in Brazil must contact Printful’s Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.

6. Personalized Products

Please note that we sell personalized products, which are exempt from the right of withdrawal as per the legal provisions. If an item is custom-made or personalized to your specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply. As such, a return within 14 days is typically not possible. Most items in our shop are custom-made.

7. Notification for EU Consumers

According to Article 16 of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
