Tudor is a tech entrepreneur who built and grew dozens of mobility and social apps, enabling more individual liberty. Having lived on several continents, he sees a great need for alternative development models. Tudor believes intentional communities and Bitcoin will shape the 21st century.

He spent about a decade in smart mobility, co-founding the ride-hailing app EasyRide in Mongolia and the app studio Concept Apps in Romania, and has since worked as a consultant and adviser to technology ventures, including in artificial intelligence.

In the movement he is the point of contact for Romania and Moldova, running events and making the Free Cities case to an audience whose recent experience of centrally planned settlement is not abstract. He also maintains Free Citadels, a directory of intentional and freedom-oriented communities, and has volunteered with Bitcoin outreach in Romania.

His interest is practical rather than doctrinal. He treats new communities as products that either attract residents or do not, and expects the ones that work to combine a real place, a clear contract and money nobody can inflate.

Based in Bucharest, Romania.
