Libertarian activist and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Ideias Radicais and an enthusiast of cryptocurrencies.

He started Ideias Radicais in 2014 as a YouTube channel and built it into the largest freedom-focused media operation in Portuguese, with a daily programme and an audience in the hundreds of thousands, which made him one of the most widely followed libertarian commentators in Brazil. Out of that audience grew the Instituto Livre Mercado, the free-market policy institute he founded and still advises.

In 2020 he co-founded Settee with Francisco Litvay and Christoph Heuermann, the Portuguese-language arm of a network that advises people on emigration, residency, banking, company formation and second citizenships. The work rests on the same premise as much of the Free Cities movement: that the jurisdiction you live under is a choice rather than an accident of birth, and that competition between jurisdictions improves all of them.

He stood for the São Paulo city council in 2024 for the Partido Novo, and speaks and writes on Free Cities, digital nomadism and Bitcoin.

Based in Curitiba, Brazil.
