Lise Amber is an entrepreneur and legal strategist and the chief executive of the Nexus Foundation and the ARSR Foundation. She works in international business law, corporate structuring and strategic development, and leads initiatives that combine sovereign high technology infrastructure with life extension research.
She is directing the development of the Panama Autonomous Scientific Resort and Longevity Hub, a 42 acre titled property in the Chiriquí Province of Panama. The master plan is presented as a Latin American extension of the Próspera ecosystem and combines an autonomous data centre, a scientific resort and a longevity sanctuary, intended as a physical node for people working on artificial intelligence, biotechnology and charter city governance.
The ARSR Foundation describes itself as a Canadian not-for-profit corporation with an interest in longevity, artificial intelligence, cultural learning, and legal and civic innovation, and presents the Nexus Umbrella as its project ecosystem, operated under its own governance. The International Longevity Alliance directory lists her as the foundation’s contact. She co-hosted the Infinita investor demo day that closed the 2026 conference week in Próspera.
