Efrat Fenigson is an independent journalist, podcaster and public speaker, and a former chief marketing officer at global tech companies. Through her podcast You’re The Voice and her Substack she covers freedom and sovereignty, the growing global control regime, monetary change, CBDCs and Bitcoin.
She was featured by The Wall Street Journal as one of Israel’s top tech leaders of 2022, and her channels reach more than 165,000 followers.
She spent two decades in technology, latterly as a marketing executive at global companies, and turned to journalism during the pandemic. Her subject since has been the machinery of financial control: central bank digital currencies, digital identity, payment surveillance, and the argument that a currency which can be programmed can also be made conditional on behaviour.
She holds a degree in computer science and reports in both English and Hebrew, which puts her in the unusual position of covering Israel’s digital-currency plans for an international audience while living there.
